Undocumented students would pay cheaper college tuition in Florida under legislation introduced recently in the state House and Senate. The bills, which likely will face fierce resistance in the Republican-led Legislature, would allow undocumented students who graduate from Florida high schools to pay in-state rates at public colleges and universities. Right now, they must pay the much higher out-of-state tuition.
